1. Data controller
The data controller is Daniele Luigi Barbieri, VAT IT01827880087, Via Cavour 43, 18039 Ventimiglia (IM), Italia. For any request about personal data write to danibarbers13@gmail.com.
Delivery consent
For new orders, we retain the version, language, text and timestamp of express consent to immediate delivery of digital content. This records the purchase request; it is not consent to receive advertising.
2. What data we process
No account is required. Answers are encoded, not encrypted, in the result link. Opening the link transmits them to the server to compute the result. Anyone with the link can view the result and reconstruct the answers. Share it only if you want to make them accessible. Legacy unlocked links also grant access to the report. New purchased reports require an access cookie and an active order; the page address alone does not grant access.
3. Payments
Stripe handles payment. The new checkout sends a random order reference, the price and a generic report description. Answers and profiles are stored in the service database with the questionnaire version and a copy of the purchased report. Earlier purchases may contain answer tokens and profiles in Stripe metadata. Stripe also processes details entered during checkout, such as email and payment information. We can access transaction information to verify payments and provide support. A technical cookie remembers access in your browser.
3a. Mindseta Pass and access recovery
For Mindseta Pass, we record the list of tests included at purchase with the order. Your personal recovery code is an access credential: when you enter it on the Access page, it is sent to the server for verification and to set a technical cookie in your browser. Anyone with the code can use the Pass; store it securely and do not include it in shared links. Test retakes use the answers contained in the corresponding result link.
4. Cookies and technical data
We use a technical cookie for access and browser local storage to resume quizzes and recover checkout sessions. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights provide usage and performance statistics. Before sending URLs to these tools, we remove answer tokens, access grants and query parameters. Hosting providers still process site requests and technical data needed to operate and protect the service.
4a. Preferences and saved tests
Local storage also remembers your automatic-advance preference and the identifiers of tests you choose to save for later. These entries contain no answers or results and are not sent to our analytics tools. You can remove tests from the catalog, clear the saved list or delete site data in your browser. The advance preference changes when you use its control and remains until site data is deleted. If storage is blocked, the features continue to work for the current session.
5. Legal basis and purposes
Processing is based on the performance of the requested service (art. 6.1.b GDPR) for computing results and payments, and on legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) for security and aggregated statistics.
6. Retention
Access cookies last 12 months unless deleted. Cookie expiration does not make Mindseta Pass expire: you can restore access with your personal code. Unfinished quiz answers remain in local storage until the result page opens or site data is removed; pending checkout references are removed after unlocking. For new purchases we retain the order, included catalog, answers, questionnaire and report copy to deliver the service and provide support. Answer tokens may remain in browser history, shared links and payment metadata retained by Stripe. Accounting records follow applicable obligations.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (arts. 15–22 GDPR) and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise them write to danibarbers13@gmail.com.
8. Minors
The service is intended for people aged 16 or over.
