1. The service
Mindseta offers self-reflection and entertainment tests for informational purposes. Results are not a diagnosis, psychological or medical advice, and do not replace the opinion of a qualified professional.
2. Permitted use
You may use the tests for yourself and share your result. You may not copy, republish or resell the content of the tests or full profiles, nor use automated tools to extract it.
3. Mindseta Pass and payments
The quiz and the preview with your profile name and score are free. Mindseta Pass is an optional one-time purchase, handled by Stripe, at the price shown before payment (VAT included where applicable), with no subscription. It includes access without expiration to full reports for tests in the catalog at the time of purchase and retakes of those tests; tests added in the future are excluded. The covered catalog is shown before payment and recorded with the order. Current reports include 6 sections, 3 practical tips, a reflection question and explained solutions for logic tests. Retakes use the current version of the test. Keep your personal Pass code to restore access on the Access page when switching browsers or clearing site data. Do not share it: anyone who has the code can use the Pass. Previous purchases remain limited to the individual result and offer purchased, accessible through their original access method.
3a. First reading and individual reports
Instead of the Pass, you may purchase the First reading for €0.50 or the full report for one result for €3. The First reading includes the summary, first section and one tip; the full report includes the complete analysis and explained answers where applicable. These are alternative, separate purchases: earlier payments are not deducted from later purchases. The Pass costs €10 once. None of these offers is a subscription. The total is shown before payment confirmation.
4. Digital content and right of withdrawal
Before a new purchase, an unchecked consent box requests express consent to immediate delivery after payment and acknowledgment of losing the right of withdrawal under the applicable legal conditions. Visiting the site or paying alone does not constitute this consent. The digital-content exception applies only when all legal conditions are met, including contract confirmation on a durable medium. Otherwise, statutory rights continue to apply. To withdraw or report a problem, contact us with your order reference; rights concerning defective or non-conforming content remain unaffected.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that results are accurate for your personal situation and are not responsible for decisions taken on the basis of the tests. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
6. Intellectual property
Texts, questions, profiles, graphics and code of Mindseta are protected by copyright. Any use other than personal consultation requires written permission.
7. Changes and governing law
